A: Not yet. First, you must have an ergonomic evoluation. Go back to the Facilities Web Portal and click on the "Sutter Ergonomics" to request assistance.
A: Up to 6 to 10 weeks. Requests are handled as they come in. Requests that are staff/patient safety related receive the highest priority. Thank you for your patience.
A: TMS will track all MAC/Med Equip requests. This provides us the ability to respond to and address ongoing problems, evaluate trends, and maintain a history of activity. Verbal requests are not entered into the system, which renders them nonexistent in terms of record keeping and accountability. We believe the documented request system improves our effectiveness and efficiency.

A: You must receive approval from your director in order to submit the request. Many of the requests require funding from your department’s cost center or requesting funding from capital. We need to ensure that your director is aware of these potential costs.
